St. Joseph Parish Hall Repaint

We just finished painting the St. Joseph Parish Hall in Vancouver's Cascade Park area. A stunningly beautiful building that is also a K-12 School most of the year. Looking at the photos you will see lots of vertical trim boards that each have to be brushed by hand. It's a long labor intensive project but well worth the effort.

St. Joseph had another issue with the building. Dry Rot! We replaced about 35 sheets of siding around the 2nd story roof area. Our carpenters also "paint" caulking on all the cuts and bottoms of the siding to prevent future dry rot issues.
